Stephens Pierce: "It's Always Good to See a Familiar Face"

This forum started out with some good news. No Forum Next Week!!! Due to the Thanksgiving Holidays. Trustee Stephen Pierce was our speaker this week. He discussed networking. He said something that I have been saying and told all my life " The answer is always no if don't ask"! That's my life's motto, every opportunity I get to do something I want to do, I go for it. You miss 100% of the shots you don't take. First of all you cannot be afraid of failure or rejection. he told us that speaking  and communication skills are important to have, which is true.

He told us the values employers look for:
1. Respect
2.The extracurrilar you do, that you want to do
3. Invovledness
