Perception is Reality

This was the last week to a have guest speaker at forum. It’s very bitter sweet to think that 1^st semester of college is almost over. Hopefully it won’t end like they do in High School, where I have A’s up until before finals, because I procrastinated and didn’t do my projects or essay. Whatever we just have to pray about that.

Our Speaker this week was Mr. William Hargett.  He discussed Corporations and The Availability of Networks. First off he asked the girls if anyone of them had a part  of Lululemon yoga pants and somebody said, “they too high, ain’t nobody got time for that.” He told and illustrated to us what values were important. They consisted of the following:

Be Prepared

Be Professional

Do the right things, the right way, consistently

Exceed Expectations

Capture Opportunity

Learn Continuously

The one thing that stuck out to me was the quote “Perception is  Reality” , because it’s the truth.
